What the site collects

Nothing on purpose. There are no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. The pages are plain HTML with one stylesheet, and nothing is loaded from other websites.

Like any web server, the host keeps short technical logs of requests, such as an IP address and the time a page was opened. We don't use those logs to identify anyone.

Messages to the concierge

Messages sent to [email protected] are read by the concierge team, who answer from the same address. We keep the thread for 90 days after our last answer and then delete it.

Your email is never sold, never added to a mailing list and never used for advertising.

Things we never ask for

We will never ask you for passwords, card numbers or a copy of your ID by email. Photo ID for the gaming floor is only checked in person, at the entrance inside the hotel. If a message claiming to come from us asks for any of these, please don't answer it and forward it to the address above.

Deleting a message sooner

Write to the same address and ask. We'll delete the thread and confirm by reply.
